Never try listing home address on your luggage but if it is really important to list your name and address on the luggage like attending business meetings/conference, then only use a luggage with covered tags. - As much as possible stay with your luggage. Never leave you luggage just anywhere.
- Always have in hand your pertinent documents
- Have in hand a flashlight
- Photocopy pertinent documents (such as Visas and passports) and then organize it in separate envelopes.
- Make it sure that you have in hand your vitamins and medicines especially when you are currently under medication
- Get rid of wearing extravagant and flashy accessories and apparels.
- As much as possible, just bring in hand 2 credit cards
- Never accept drinks from strangers
- Make it sure that you will be in hotels that only uses cards in opening doors.
- Choose a room that has windows and is near a stairwell.
- Never try wearing name tags most especially in the public area
- Never ride in plate-less and or unmarked passenger vehicles
- Choose to sit behind the driver so he can’t see you and as well as you can see him easily
- Be alert while riding in the vehicle
- If you wish to rent a vehicle you have to rent only from those undisputed and credible companies.
- Be cautious from vehicular accidents
- Immediately get back to the parking lot to access fast exit
- Always park your vehicle in well lighted and safe areas.
- If in any case that you bring along with you your kids, please bear in mind to bring in hand recent pictures of each and every kid you bring with
- Provide your kids with sufficient contact numbers for emergency cases.
- Have safe travel discussions with your family members and close friends if in any case that they will come with you.
- Never try discussing traveling destinations and plans in public, always have it secretly and privately.
- Always have hand your basic needs such as the first aid medicines and clothes, and other more sorts of necessities.
- Have familiarity with the places and or spots where you will head for a vacation
- Secretly show pertinent documents with officials only
- Try buying handy emergency alarms that produces loud sounds
- Watch out for suspicious looking individuals
- Consider bringing along body guards if you can afford
